Start with the base service first; Guardian only brings this into the package when you ask for backup, your account already includes it, or the post-trial review shows it would help.
RCO Legacy Complete
RCO Legacy Complete is $25/device/month and includes everything in Vellunox Managed plus Ryan-backed remote support for covered devices under the signed agreement. Existing RCO managed clients keep their included relationship; new clients can choose the complete public plan.

Why Vellunox exists
Vellunox grew from Ryan’s Computer Operations and more than two decades of hands-on support. The principle remains rooted in Christian service: listen first, tell the truth, explain clearly, protect the person, practice good stewardship, and stay accountable after the immediate problem is solved.
